School Renovation Can Use Developer Obligation

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat suggests failed school renovation to use the developer’s obligation.It is because several schools condition are not appropriate for daily learning activity.

Developer’s obligation can be used to construct the school building

Djarot said renovation by using developer’s obligation can be used as comparison about price and quality. In the future, Jakarta will has standard of school building.

“Developer’s obligation can be used to construct the school building. It will give us standard for the future,” he said, Monday (9/5).

City to Renovate 105 Schools Next Year

As the example, Rawa Bebek flat construction used developer’s obligation. The construction can be done fast with good quality.

“It will be more efficient. We often propose high budget, but the result is bad,” he closed.
